YOKE’s mission is to impact middle school students by equipping passionate, faithful mentors to help those students discover their identity and purpose in Christ. YOKE helps transform communities by mentoring middle school students, equipping young leaders, engaging local churches, and enriching local schools. Founded in Knoxville in 1977, YOKE now has teams serving at 31 middle schools across 6 counties in East Tennessee.

How You Can Help

Volunteer mentors are needed to serve weekly at each school. There are also opportunities to serve periodically at a YOKE camp, in the office, or at special events.
