Weekly Activities

Sunday Bible Study

Sunday mornings students meet in co-ed groups, from 9:00am - 10:15am, to open the Word and teach them how to understand and apply what God is communicating to us. This is accomplished by studying books of the Bible and exploring topics that are important to the spiritual growth of today's students.

We begin each Sunday meeting in the Journey Room [Suite 300] for announcements and then break out into our graded small groups for Bible Study. We currently have a Hybrid option for all students so no one misses out! Students can join us in-person each Sunday or through Zoom by entering this Meeting ID: 8652832608

For 8-weeks during the Fall and Spring, our students gather in four groups: Middle School Girls, Middle School Guys, High School Girls, and High School Guys to read through and discuss Scripture. We encourage students to answer the questions: "Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How", in order to dig deeper into what God's Word is teaching them. Students are encouraged to tell their DGroup what God is teaching them through this process, which helps everyone in the group see how God uses the same words to communicate what we as individuals need to hear!

Spring 2021 DGroup Schedule: On the following Sunday evenings, students will meet from 4:30pm - 6:00pm in the Journey Room [Suite 300] - 2/21, 2/28, 3/21, 3/28, 4/11, 4/18, and concluding on 4/25.
Fall 2021 DGroup Schedule: On the following Sunday evenings, students will meet from 4:30pm - 6:00pm in the Journey Room [Suite 300] - 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/17, 10/24, 11/7, and concluding on 11/14.

Every Wednesday, our Middle & High School students gather for Mid/Week in the Journey Room [Suite 300]. We eat, worship, and hang out, which allows our students to grow as a community of Christians. This time challenges us to take a break in the middle of our busy week to focus on God, pour our hearts out in worship, and be surrounded by others on the same journey as we are: a passionate pursuit of Christ. Mid/Week is also a great opportunity to invite friends to be introduced to the love and hope God offers us all and a place where every student is welcomed!

Our typical Mid/Week Schedule:
6:00 PM – 6:25 PM: Dinner
6:25 PM - 7:00 PM: Worship & Bible Study
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Hang out time
