On Ministry
“I believe an ideal college & young adult ministry would contain many components not listed in order of importance. First, it would need worship and a message that is impactful for their current life experience. Second, I think the importance of deep Biblical study/application cannot be overstated. Third, one-on-one discipleship is where we have seen college students and young adults go deeper in their walk with God. I am blessed to have my wife ministering alongside me, so I only take the young men on for one-on-one discipleship while she does the same for young ladies. Fourth, outreach to local campuses through students who are currently actively participating in the ministry. this is not an exhaustive list; the Holy Spirit can always change and guide us.”
